Quality is our strength, and we are very stringent when partnering with suppliers in China. We have formed our partnership and held shares in local manufacturers in China after much needed lengthy search.

Hongyu chemicals tests all its products according to the highest international standards, and we take random samples from batches periodically to guarantee the steady quality of our products.

 

We store these samples for 2-4 years (according to the product and its shelf life), and keep an efficient track of quality issues our clients may raise with us in the future. We do our testing on 2 steps; In-house testing & through independent institutes.

We offer as well the services of the independent surveyors such as SGS, INTERTEK ….etc. whenever a client feels the need to inspect their shipment, and to ensure their quality requirements.

We deal with feedback as an opportunity rather than an obstacle, and we believe getting constructive feedback from our clients is the way we can improve our services and products.
